The story of Molino Colombo starts in Val D'Adda in 1882, when the first electrically operated mill in Italy was founded. After more than a century of tradition and quality, Molino Colombo still remains a reference point for those who consider excellence something to aspire to. The quality achieved is due to the close attention paid to training in-house specialists, customer service and production methods.
Since 1989, the Molino Colombo analysis and control laboratory has been supported by a research and development centre, where a team of food technologists studies new products, supports customers in solving all their production issues and organises training courses for bakeries, pizzerias and pastry shops.
